We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We do not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. Returns must be processed. Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY LOST IN ASTER PIECES FOR STORE CREDIT?
We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks. All shoes must be sent back in original boxes. If an item is sent back AFTER 14 days (post-marked after the 10th day of delivery) of being delivered, it will not be accepted. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost.
DOES LOST IN ASTER OFFER REFUNDS?
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. ONLY store credit which never expires and can be used toward anything on our website.
DOES LOST IN ASTER OFFER EXCHANGES?
If we have the piece in the size you wish to exchange it to, we will exchange it for you. If the article is not currently in stock, we will give you store credit. Once you receive your store credit, you are totally welcome to use it towards anything else on our site and it never expires.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT SENDING BACK AN ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT?
You MUST email us at email@example.com with your order number.
Please MAKE SURE all items have tags and shoes are in the original boxes. We will not accept any returns that don't meet that criteria.
The customer will pay to ship their package back to Lost in Aster HQ for store credit. Lost in Aster does not cover extra shipping costs whatsoever.
KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER:
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
